The answer for this question varies from patient to patient, and it can depend on anything from their occupational habits and daily routines, to temporary life stressors and accidental injuries.

Generally, weekly or bi-weekly massage treatments can be very beneficial in promoting overall relaxation, a positive mindset, and optimal well-being.

Most people feel very relaxed. Some people have immediate relief from the pain they were experiencing coming into the treatment. If you have chronic pain/tension and are in need of deep tissue massage, it is possible that you can feel sore after the treatment for one to two days.

We like to recommend hot Epsom salt bath and increase water intake to flush out any lactic acid or toxins we have released into the bodies circulation.

Your muscle tissues can become dehydrated during a massage session. Drinking plenty of water post-massage will help you rehydrate and build healthy muscle tissue, and will remove the metabolic wastes that accumulate as your muscles are worked out.
